Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming at times. We provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families to help navigate stress, relationship concerns, trauma, and life transitions. Our approach is compassionate, structured, and focused on helping you develop practical skills to move forward.

COUPLES COUNSELING & MARRIAGE SUPPORT

We work with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. Support is available for concerns such as conflict, infidelity, parenting stress, and ongoing relationship challenges.

Marriage Intensives

For couples who feel stuck or want deeper progress, we offer a more structured and focused format. Intensives provide extended time to work through patterns, identify underlying issues, and begin creating meaningful change.

This may include:

- Focused couples sessions

- Individual sessions for each partner

- Practical tools and guided exercises

APPROACH

We use a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities tailored to each client. Counseling is personalized, collaborative, and focused on helping you find what works best for you.

Sessions are available virtually. Virtual sessions provide flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your own space.

FEES & PAYMENT

Self-pay services are available.

Insurance may be accepted depending on provider and plan.

Coverage for couples, marriage, and family counseling varies by insurance plan and clinical circumstances. Some services may be self-pay depending on coverage and medical necessity requirements.

Payment is securely processed through our client portal using Stripe.
